- Hydraulically calculated systems, witnessed pressure and flow tests, and test certificates in the handover file.
- How it stays valid
- Inspection, testing and maintenance to NFPA 25, with deficiencies listed, priced and closed out.
Special hazard and oxygen reduction
- Special hazard
- Gas suppression (FM-200, Novec, Inergen, CO₂), aerosol for confined spaces, water mist for heritage areas, foam for hangars and industrial sites.
- Oxygen reduction
- For cold stores, vaults and archives where fire must be prevented, not just suppressed.
- Kitchen protection
- Wet chemical suppression for kitchen hoods, commissioned with records.
